2. How often do you have pizza delivered at your house?
Sadly, never. We're beyond the delivery radius of any of the pizza places that deliver. There used to be one that'd deliver out here for an extra $5 per pie. You have to be pretty hugry to take that kind of hit to the pocketbook – and the driver still expected a tip! They went out of business a few years ago, darn it all...
3. What toppings do you want on that pizza?
Me, I want bacon and mushrooms. SWMBO wants the works, sans anchovies. Unless we're having salads and other stuff, we usually get 2 pizzas so there'll be cold pizza for breakfast, too.
4. Thick crust or thin?
Thick crust is my favorite, but I'll eat just about anything. I grew up in Philly, where thin crust reins supreme.
